My name is Michael Farid, and I am an M.D. candidate at Weill Cornell Medicine with a strong academic foundation in biomedical engineering and applied mathematics from Johns Hopkins University. I am actively engaged in neurosurgical and spine research, with interests spanning clinical outcomes, imaging-based modeling, and molecular mechanisms of pediatric brain tumors. My interdisciplinary training enables me to approach both clinical and basic science research with a rigorous analytical perspective, bridging quantitative analysis with translational relevance.
