Sanjeev Herr, MS is currently on a gap research year at UCSF in the lab of Dr. Shawn Hervey-Jumper and completing the MS portion of his MD/MS at Drexel University College of Medicine. He received his undergraduate education at the Pennsylvania State University in neurobiology and then completed a special master's program in pharmacology at Tulane University School of Medicine. Prior to starting medical school he spent some time working as clinical research coordinator for neuro-oncology trials. Sanjeev will be starting sub-internships this June with plans to apply into the neurosurgery match this fall.
