RESEARCH ACTIVITIES SUMMARY
Clinical research focused on the hemorrhage risk and neurological outcome assessment tools for brainstem cerebral cavernous malformation (BSCMs). Conducting a retrospective, multicenter cohort study to identify the natural history and neurological outcomes of treatment in BSCMs (REALM study, Clinical Study of Brainstem Cavernous Malformations Prognosis, ClinicalTrials.gov registered: ChiCTR2300070907). Design and coordinating a prospective clinical trial to explore the drug therapy for cavernous malformations. (CALM study, Hemorrhagic Brainstem Cavernous Malformations Treatment with Sirolimus: a Pilot Study, ClinicalTrials.gov registered:NCT06091332). Work experience of independent statistical analysis with R software and SPSS.
