Matthew Abikenari is currently pursuing his MD degree at Stanford University School of Medicine with a scholarly concentration in Immunology. Matthew earned his BA from UCLA and his Masters in clinical Neuroscience from the Univeristy of Oxford, United kingdom. He is a Herbruck Scholar of the Queen's college, Oxford, a Moghadam research scholar and Recipient of Robert W. Clement and Joseph L. Klein Jr. Endowed Scholarship. His research interests include understanding the immunosuprresive mechanisms of glioblastoma and other malignant CNS neoplasms, under the mentorship of Dr. Michael Lim's lab group at Stanford.
