Mackenzie Hagood, M.S., is a second-year medical student (MS2) at The University of Toledo College of Medicine. She is pursuing a future career in neurosurgery, with specific interests in functional and neuro-oncology. Mackenzie was awarded the 2025-2026 ASSFN AMPLify research fellowship, and will be conducting research at the University of Buffalo under the guidance of Dr. Riley and Dr. Berger. She is honored to have an abstract selected for the 2025 AANS conference, and excited to learn from others there!
