Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine
Catherine Milne, BS, is a second year medical student at Indiana University School of Medicine researching at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine. While her current research focus is spine, she also has experience with Alzheimer's Disease research at the Comparative Cognition Lab at Indiana University-Bloomington and in the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology Summer Research Program at Washington University in St. Louis. She is passionate about all things brain and spine! With the help of strong quality and research teams at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine, Catherine has been able to analyze surgical outcomes in patients who have undergone lumbar and/or cervical spine surgery to better understand postoperative trends in these patients. She has contributed her efforts to several abstracts, posters, and manuscripts related to outcomes of both cervical and lumbar fusion in the past year. Catherine looks forward to improving the lives of neurosurgery patients through continued research and her future practice of medicine.
