Muhammad S Ghauri, MS is a third-year medical student at the California University of Science and Medicine. Muhammad's research interests include machine learning, robotics spine surgery, and gene therapy. He has industry experience working at Capsida Biotherapeutics where he engineered AAV viruses to improve blood-brain barrier access to modulate genes within various CNS compartments. He has experience developing cloud based deep learning platforms for image classification and segementation of brain tumors, strokes, and spinal conditions.
