Jason Chen, MD, PhD is a resident (PGY-5) at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and VA Medical Center in Boston, MA. My research and clinical interests include machine learning in epilepsy, movement/cognitive disorders, neurodevelopment, and ethics. Here we present some interim findings of the VA Stenosis Outcomes in Lumbar Instrumentation and Decompression (VA SOLID) Trial (PI: Dr. Jacob Rachlin), a prospective multi-center trial throughout the Veterans Affairs system to understand outcomes of the surgical treatment of lumbar stenosis.
