Dr. Efstathios "Stathis" Kondylis is a neurosurgeon at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2017. Following medical school, Dr. Kondylis completed his neurosurgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic, where he developed a focus on functional and epilepsy surgery. In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Kondylis participated in the Cleveland NeuroDesign Innovation Fellowship, a collaborative program between the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University. This fellowship allowed him to integrate his engineering background with medical practice, fostering innovation in neurosurgical procedures and technologies.
Dr. Kondylis has contributed to the field through research on topics such as movement-related cortical oscillations in Parkinson’s disease and essential tremor. His work has been recognized in various publications, reflecting his commitment to advancing neurosurgical knowledge and patient care.
