Timothy Chryssikos, MD, PhD completed medical school at the University of Maryland and is currently chief resident in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He will pursue a fellowship in spine surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He was selected to receive the Charles Tator Award for spinal cord injury research from the AANS.
