Adam Kiss, B.S. is a second year medical student at New York Medical College. He has an interest in neurosurgery and radiology, and the integration of machine-learning techniques to improve the quality of patient care. Adam has led projects focusing on the use of machine-learning clustering algorithms to identify nuanced patterns in patient comorbidities and clinical covariates and assess the impact of these unique constellations of clinical variables on patient outcomes in large medical administrative datasets. A main objective of these projects is the identification of at-risk populations and the stratification of risk among unique comorbidity profiles, this reflects his underlying commitment to advancing the use of technology in medicine.
