John is a fourth year medical student at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Originally from Southern California, John attended college at the University of California, Los Angeles double majoring in Molecular, Cell, Developmental Biology and Economics. He has research interests in neuro-oncology and neurosurgical outcomes. He is currently completing a research year with Dr. Gabriel Zada studying the prognostic effect of DNA methylation on the biologic behavior of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors. He is excited to share his research with fellow researchers at the 2025 AANS Annual Meeting and will be applying into neurosurgery for the 2025-2026 residency match!
