Alyssa Bartlett, MPH is a third-year medical student at Duke University School of Medicine. She conducts research under the mentorship of Dr. Muhammad Abd-El-Barr and Dr. Rory Goodwin. Her research interests lie in outcomes of spine deformity surgery and neurosurgical education and mentorship. Alyssa graduated from Georgia State University with degrees in Neuroscience and Chemistry. Prior to attending Duke, she earned a Masters in Biostatistics and worked in public health intervention development and data analysis.
