    Ben Waldau, MD, FAANS FACS

    Dr. Waldau is a cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgeon at UC Davis. He is a former Van Wagenen Fellow and completed his fellowship with Dr. Kempermann in Dresden on hippocampal stem cell research. His research lab at UC. Davis focuses on molecular causes of cognitive decline in intraventricular and subarachnoid hemorrhage models and on transplantation of human cortical brain organoids for stroke.
