    Austin A. Kennemer

    Austin is a second-year medical student at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, he earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University. Before medical school, Austin served with AmeriCorps and taught fifth-grade science and social studies through Teach for America. His research interests focus on neurotrauma, peripheral nerve surgery, and spinal pathologies, with a particular interest in advancing surgical techniques and patient outcomes. In his free time, he enjoys reading, working out, and exploring the Cleveland restaurant scene with his wife.
