Armando Armas Salazar, MD, MSc, is a Mexican physician-scientist with more than five years of experience in clinical and basic neurosurgery research, specializing in functional and reconstructive neurosurgery. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Paralysis Center of Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where his research is centered on developing and applying novel therapies to improve outcomes in nerve injury surgery.
