My name is Christopher File and I am a third-year medical student at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. My primary research interest is the treatment of chronic pain with neurosurgery, espeically projects related to regenerative spine procedures and models of when to proceed to surgery. My goal is for the expansion of possible treatment modalities for the practicing neurosurgeon as well as devleoping more-refined models for prediciting failed back syndrome.
