    Dr. Mahmoud M. Elsayed is a Neurosurgery Resident Physician in Mansoura, Egypt. He earned his M.D. from Mansoura University Faculty of Medicine in 2019 as a first-generation medical graduate.

    Dr. Elsayed has dedicated over a decade to clinical research, education, and public health initiatives. He is the founder of the MME Research Foundation, a pioneering organization that facilitates research opportunities and provides clinical research training for students, residents, and medical professionals. Through this foundation, Dr. Elsayed has opened new doors for aspiring researchers, fostering a culture of scientific exploration and collaboration.

    Recognized for his contributions to research and education, Dr. Elsayed has received multiple international awards and accolades. He also serves as an editor for several prestigious medical journals, where he contributes to advancing knowledge in neurosurgery and related fields.

    As a leader in neurosurgical care and research, Dr. Elsayed’s interests include global neurosurgery, neurotrauma, spine surgery. He has authored numerous abstracts presented at prestigious international conferences and published peer-reviewed papers. His work includes supporting individuals with disabilities through volunteer programs and enhancing healthcare delivery quality.

    Dr. Elsayed is also a passionate traveler. Over the years, he has visited numerous countries, forming genuine friendships and building connections across the globe. These experiences have enriched his perspective and strengthened his commitment to global health and collaboration.

    He is an active member of several professional societies, including the Egyptian Academy of Neurosurgery, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and the Spine Section of AANS/CNS.

    Dr. Elsayed’s long-term aspiration is to establish himself as a Neurosurgeon-Scientist in a leading institution in the United States, advancing neurosurgical care and global healthcare initiatives while continuing to inspire and mentor the next generation of medical professionals.
