Dr. Mark A. Maclean is a spine and neurotrauma fellow in the Department of Neurological Surgery at University Pittsburgh Medical Center, under the mentorship of Dr. David O. Okonkwo. Mark was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He completed medical school and residency at Dalhousie University. He is past-president of the Canadian Neurosurgery Resident Research Collaborative. His clinical and research interests pertain to brain and spinal cord injury.
