    Ishan Perera, BS, is a doctoral candidate for Osteopathic Medicine at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) Virginia Campus.
    His current work, with guidance from Dr. Jonathan Millard and support from Conquer Chiari, investigates novel morphometric-based techniques and their utility in clinical decision-making. Dr. Millard and Ishan hope to put the Chiari anatomical morphology questions to rest while developing a model by which we may predict outcomes for patients at the point of diagnosis.
