    Kara Parikh, MD

    Dr. Parikh is a PGY-7 neurosurgery chief resident at the University of Tennessee/Semmes Murphey Clinic in Memphis. She graduated from Louisiana College in 2014 as Summa Cum Laude in 2014. In 2018, she graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She is currently completing a one-year enfolded skull base and complex cranial fellowship with Dr. Madison Michael and Dr. Nick Khan in Memphis. In 2025, she will begin her skull base fellowship at The Ohio State University with Dr. Daniel Prevedello.

    Dr. Parikh enjoys travel, exploring new cuisine, and distance running. She has completed several marathons in several cities during her residency.
