    I am Dr. Festus Ayobami Oshunpidan. MD, FWACS, WFNS fellow; I am a consultant neurological surgeon and head of unit of neurosurgery at Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital , Sagamu and also an attending neurosurgeon at Dukes Neurosurgery and Specialist Hospital, Lagos Nigeria.
    I coordinate training of resident doctors in neurosurgical subspecialty ,lead research works and also serve as reviewer in university research ethics committee.
    I had my initial post graduate medical training at the University college hospital, Ibadan and qualified as an attending neurosurgeon a few years ago winning the award of the best candidate in the West African Subregion during my exit exams. I had WFNS fellowship in skull base neurosurgery and cerebrovascular neurosurgery at PD Hinduja , Mumbai under the supervison of Professor M K Basant. I have led and participated in more than 2,000 simple and complex neurosurgical procedures and I have been involved in a few scientific publications in the local journals.
    I am a member of Nigerian Acadamy of Neurological Surgeons, CAANS, WFNS, SNOSSA .
