Ellie D. Gabriel, BS–MS, is a medical student at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University. Her research interests center on the application of machine learning and quantitative methods in neurosurgical outcomes, with a focus on pediatric and functional neurosurgery.
Her work has been presented at national conferences such as the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Joint Pediatric Section Annual Meeting, Biomedical Engineering Society Meeting, and Mayo Clinic Symposium on Immuno-Oncology. Ellie is excited about blending technology, research, and patient care to push the boundaries of neurosurgical science.
