Berje Shammassian MD MPH is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. He completed his Neurosurgical Residency and CAST Neurocritical Care Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and a UCNS Neurocritical Care Fellowship at The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital. His interests include multimodality monitoring in TBI, the reconstruction of complex cranial injuries, and health services research.
